Signal switchers, spliters and interfaces are an integral part of any properly designed AV System.
The computer-video interfaces, switchers, distribution amplifiers, computer-video scan converters,
scalers and signal processing equipment featured on this page are used to integrate computer, video, and audio into
presentation displays for today's boardrooms, presentation/training centers, university lecture halls, and other applications
Below: Sample schematic diagram of how the Architectural Series of products can be used.

The Extron Architectural Series of products are used in presentation environments where an
integrated A/V system needs to be as inconspicuous as it is simple to use. By maintaining a clean and efficient system design,
the Extron Architectural Series of products are able to perform a variety of functions within the sleek design of a modern
business or learning facility.
The drawing above illustrates one of the many options available when using the Architectural
Series of products. Here is an example of the Extron Hideaway Surface Access HSA 400, tilted up for inconspicuous computer-video
interface connector access and control. A laptop can be easily connected to the HSA 400, while an Extron RGB 580xi, mounted
under the table, receives and then routes the video to the projector for display.
